I just recently lived here for 6 months until I closed on a home. The property is older but it is extremely well maintained and jacqi and the staff are great and take great care of the property. If you put in repair order it is usually fixed same day. The maintenance staff is super friendly and always tells residents good morning. The property is super quiet and monitored which means you don’t have to worry about people subletting for Airbnb or parties on the weekend. I felt very safe with my 8... year old and love being able to walk to skate ring. I highly recommend this place and the one star reviews are from people who don’t get approved to live there. Great place to come home to
This is my first apartment after moving out of my parents’ house. At first, I was scared, but living here I feel so safe and at home. The property management is very friendly and respond immediately when maintenance is needed. The property is well kept and surrounded by beautiful plants and greenery. Initially I was anxious, because I noticed my partner and I are possibly the youngest tenants here, however every tenant we have met has been very kind! The complex is located a short drive from... everything you need, there is even a Fitness 19, Rite Aid, and Grocery Outlet a short 2-5 minute walk away! We have lived here for one year now, and I do not see us leaving soon, we love it here!

A great place to live
We've been renting here since May 2018 (~7 months), and we love it here.
Some quick notes: - It's a super quiet neighborhood - It's right next to the freeway (easy travel), and there's no freeway noise (due to large buildings being between the apartment complex and the freeway) - It's a short walk to the Grocery Outlet Bargain Mart, our new favorite (super cheap) grocery store - There is a ton of room for storage (you get a detached garage with additional overhead storage, and there are... multiple large closets in the unit) - It's very inexpensive for what you get (safety, cleanliness, convenience, quietness, nice stores nearby, etc.) - The building management is professional and responsive - We love living here

I have lived in this complex for over ten years. I have to say its clean,quiet and management is awesome! 24hour on call emergency maintenance and if you have something that needs fixing they are there that day! The grounds are up kept daily The area is close to everything you need
