Upper level, entirely private, no sharing.

New appliances, renovated, full kitchen and bath, fully renovated villa, in the heart of civilization, but feels like you are away from it all.

Fully digital self check in instructions, will be emailed to you 1 day before arrival. No need to meet anyone upon your arrival. You can check in anytime after 3pm.

Walk to shops right outside your door. Short stroll to the breathtaking Palisades Bluffs, and white sands beaches of Pacific Palisades, where you will enjoy the most spectacular views and Sunsets. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 min drive to the heart of Santa Monica, UCLA, the Pier and The 3rd Street Mall.

The unit has hardwood flooring, and is furnished with brand new furniture, flat screen HDTV, free WIFI, queen size bed (can sleep 2 comfortably), sofa bed (can sleep another 2), with all new and clean sheets and bedding materials, pillows with cover, and blankets, night stands, and dresser.

Bright and airy cabin. Very Private, you get the entire little home to yourself. Peaceful, serene, and quiet setting and environment.

It is just you and the elements, yet immediately adjacent to vibrant civilization, at the charming Pacific Palisades village. Relax on your own private patio. This property is a real retreat. Kitchen has stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Complete Home, not sharing with anyone, all supplies in there for a week stay. You can buy more supplies from Gelson's Market (2 min walk). Come relax and have fun, and smell the salt in the ocean breeze.

There are a dozen good restaurants, each unique in the food they serve, very reasonable prices, within 1 minute walking distance, in the immediate neighborhood. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat.

Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 4 burner stove and oven, pots and pans and utensils. Everything you need to cook a good meal.

All utilities included.

The building is on Haverford Ave., just west of Via De Lapaz (1 min walk).

Minutes drive to UCLA, Century City, Down Town LA, beaches and freeways.

Neighborhood is very safe, very cozy Mediterranean style near ocean village, near all.

Your laundry can be taken care of by a phone call. Details will be provided in the move in instructions.

Public transportation within 1 min walk, will get you anywhere in town in no time.

Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period.

Clean towels and sheets are provided. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a fee equal to the original cleaning fee. Let us know if you wish to use that option please.

We can do this weekly, biweekly or anytime you wish. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done.

Non emergency repair requests during off hours will be attended to on the 1st business day, thereafter.

One block to beautiful Temescal Canyon Park and hike to the top to see the waterfall. Enjoy the Farmers Market every Sunday. Dine with the myriad of restaurants steps away from your door in Pacific Palisades Village. Walk down the block to sandy beaches of Pacific Palisades, or walk 2 minutes and enjoy the local live theater at Pierson Playhouse. Visit us on July 4th with our quaint parade and enjoy the fireworks at the Palisades High School from your private patio, without getting in your car. Take a drive to Santa Monica's famous Third Street Promenade just 7 minutes away and watch the street performers or see a film. If you want a work out rent a bike and ride from the Palisades all the way to Venice Beach and watch the athletes at Muscle Beach. Go sailing off the coast of Marina Del Rey and catch a glimpse of a dolphin or a whale. Go to Will Rogers for a horse back riding trip or or catch a polo match. Come to the Riviera Country Club for the world famous Northern Trust Open. Spend the day among the rich in Beverly Hills famous Rodeo Drive and pick up a bobble at Cartier to take home as a souvenir.

Drive to Will Rogers Beach and read a book or catch a wave in our beautiful Pacific Ocean. Visit the stunning Getty Villa Museum and catch a show in their beautiful amphitheater. Spend the day at the Getty Museum and drink up the art and have a bite to eat. Go downtown to the Mark Taper, Ahmanson or Dorothy Chandler Pavillion for a wonderful show. Go to Culver City and enjoy a show at the Kirk Douglas Theater. Disneyland and Universal are about 45 minutes to one hour away. Read More
