This place is not taken care of at all. Manager does not care of the mess or any problems it will take forever to contact her. The Courtyard is covered in dog poop and mud, parking is very limited here. Walls are paper thin so neighbors will have parties all night long and again manager will not do anything about it.

It's an ok place to live at
It's ok but they would always have plumbing issues and also took a long time to fix stuff in the apartment

Heard bad things before we moved in, but glad we took a chance on it.
COURTYARD: My girlfriend and I moved here in the middle of last year (2016) and we were impressed by the courtyard and its upkeep. Mailboxes are organized up front and pool is cleaned regularly (I hardly ever see leaves in it, despite days with high winds) LIVING: The unit is practical, and most units mirror each other with a very open floor plan (kitchen is off to the side or in the back and is joined with main area, where bedroom and bathroom area are separated by one door, with a sliding... closet). MANAGEMENT: Had a few complaints early on, but management works to solve them in timely manner. A new security system was finally installed after a slew of bike thefts (wish the bike rack would be cleared of the rusty hunks of junk that have not moved an inch in over a year, but that's a separate matter). Heard rumors management used to be horrible, but changed shortly before we started renting, and although I have never seen the head honcho who dodges my calls about bike theft, the on-site manager is pleasantly helpful and easy to talk to. PARKING: Single parking spots are gated in a lot, doubles are not, and the alleyway is silly with potholes, but I blame the city for that. Street parking definitely sucks because there are complexes up and down the west side of Ventura Canyon, and residential homes on the east side, so somehow they convinced the city to not allow parking on the east side of the street even though there is plenty of room for it. Bottom line: expect selfish park jobs every day and tickets when you're two inches in the red. LAUNDRY: Forget about it on a weekend. There is plenty of inconsideration and people will keep their finished loads in the machine for hours after the cycle is done, but weekdays aren't that bad. It is 24 hours, luckily, and maintenance problems are usually fixed quickly. OVERALL: Best bang for the buck in the valley. I researched a lot of places before settling here, and continue to see if I am missing out on any deals, but alas, a couple hundred square feet of space anywhere in the San Fernando Valley is always going to be pricey.

My Apartment Review
I rate my apartment as three star. Due to the lack of parking. Insufficient Laundry facility.
