I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have an unnecessary complicated application process and are quite picky about everything. Consider your deposit forfeited because they will create any excuse to keep it when you move out. Some excuses may consist from cleaning charges to late fees that are higher than the original cost. They also charge $50 if you don’t return the parking sign that is made of cheap flimsy plastic and can’t cost more than $2. There is always issues with parking... and they don’t even grant you the courtesy to schedule a time when accessing the apartment. The management people are quite rude and unhelpful. If they need anything from you, you better make it a life threatening priority given the tone they use it in the phone. The place is very expensive and there is no flexibility at all.
