Non responsive, seems to respond whenever the manager guy pleases.
Seemed like a nice place, but the pool is actually private, so not really a true amenity. Not sure about tennis court.
Tried multiple times to contact the guy. After some attempts finally manages to call me like hour and half later saying to call back because he isnt there yet.
I call back...no response. No response to text. Just out right ignored me..
I tried calling every 20-30 min after he said to call him, no answer. I'm guessing he hasn't enough applicants where he doesn't care.

Low on amenities
I have lived here for the past 5 years and can genuinely say that I have loved it. You can't beat the rent price for this area. The management organizes the tenants in a way that has the families with kids sort of "together" which I love. The pool is amazing, it's always clean and very well taken care of. The laundry room is a different story, I don't recommend using it if you can avoid it. The grounds are well maintained. Management is just okay, not neglectful but not really on top of... important things. There are no other amenities besides the pool and laundry facility. No central air, they are small units so no washer/dryer hookups, no dishwasher. You get what you pay for. For the price, it has been a great experience, but I'm moving to find a place that offers more and has more space.
