As a new couple moving into this apartment complex, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience so far. From the moment we first toured the property, we were impressed by the clean, well-maintained grounds, friendly management staff, and the sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere. The leasing office was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, making move-in smooth and stress-free.
Our unit is modern and cozy, with a great layout that balances shared space... with privacy. The kitchen has updated appliances, and we love enjoying our morning coffee together on the private balcony. The complex is quiet and secure, which was a top priority for us, and the neighbors we’ve met so far have been kind and respectful.
If you’re a couple looking for a place to build memories, we highly recommend this complex. It already feels like home, and we’re excited for all the moments we’ll share here.

This is a greater place to live ! The amenities are awesome.
The office ladies Shasity and Vanessa are really professional,friendly and helpful.
The maintenance guys Jose and Phillip are great and helpful.
The palce is very clean.

Overall, I love my apartment and the community is very nice and modern. My first impressions when I first moved in were high, but that has slowly changed. Pool and gym are very nice too.
However, my main complaint is that this community is VERY noisy and neighbors are very inconsiderate and constantly slam doors and the gate doors that lead to your apartment. The gates slam very loud to the point where you feel your walls shake. These gates are constantly being slammed. The walls are... incredibly thin and you can hear everything too.
Again, a lot of the fellow residents here are very inconsiderate and just so loud. Also, the vehicle exit gates are always messing up and breaking down. Another note, most of the assigned parking spots are uncovered and garages are an extra fee.
Another down side is your electric bill is not billed directly with Edison, and I honestly feel my bill is always somewhat high despite me not using much electricity since I live on my own.
Overall, I love my apartment and living here hasn’t been too bad. The apartments are nice and the property overall is very nice too. But, there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement, especially for the high rent that we pay to live here and hopefully things get better. It seems they are currently short staffed in the leasing office as they’ve been closed many days of the week, so hopefully someone comes and properly manages this property.

Great management staff and very helpful. Maintenance team also great and responsive. Nice amenities, billing of utilities is not what was told. Electrical is extremely high. Trash service billed by monthly pick up charge and additional chargees for trash picked up as a whole community, not just by unit. More than what is paid for a regular household. Too expensive.
