Management does not reply to emails. If u have a concernt they make u email them just for them to ignore it. Unprofessional. Thin walls. Violent neighbors that the apt knows about and doesn't care. Would not recommend. Pls read all reviews they all say the same thing

When u go personally with a complaint they want u to email them . But then they never respond. This becomes a huge issue when u go personally and they don't even do anything about it !

i do not recommend this place. wish I read reviews first. they will tell u day 1 they are strick with violence or crime but they are not. dealt with harassment here and management couldn't bother to reply to my email (they said I had to email ) . was concerned about my family's safety and let the management know it was because of our neighbor and till this day is allowed here

Paper thin walls you can hear EVERYTHING!!. Honestly uncomfortable to even have family over. Management claims to be strict on crime or violence but won't do anything if you are being harassed by a neighbor (who isn't on the lease!!!) neighbor had cops called on them for being violent but are still welcomed here. My family was harassed for a long time we had wine thrown in our back tent . Constantly getting flipped off through the windows. He kicked our front door out of anger and yes he is... still welcomed to stay here. Wantd to share a little bit of our experience so you wont regret staying. Wish I read reviews first . Managemen does not care about your safety.

We have been dealing with excessive noise, particularly from loud bass speakers playing music frequently, even during late hours such as 2am and early mornings like 7am. One morning, I was woken by deep bass music at 7am while trying to recover from COVID, which was observed. We have reported the incidents to the apartment managers several time with video evidences and have them check them out when it happened. There were little improvement but never stopped.
If you are those people who need... quite time to study or to WFH, I would not recommended this place.
