Residing in a Concord Square apartment provides a home-like feel, especially with excellent management, where Tiffany promptly attends to all needs. The maintenance service is exceptional, ensuring no delay in completing work orders. Additionally, the environment is peaceful and welcoming. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.

Tiffany is always super responsive and the maintenance team is always going the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Community is very safe and quiet - very family friendly and pet friendly as well!

Sin duda es un lugar súper tranquilo seguro , Tiffany es muy servicial siempre atenta , si hay algún problema no duda en ayudarnos , Israel siempre repara todo lo más pronto posible , seguro ,limpio tranquilo ????.

I've been living here for 5 years now, and have had an overall extremely positive experience. Tiffany the landlady is always helpful and Israel the maintenance man responds very quickly to issues and is trustworthy in your home. I've never had any issues with noisy neighbors or packages going missing. So rent here if you need a safe, quiet neighborhood.
It's also right next to the 91 and 60 freeways so getting around is easy.

I have lived here for about a year and half now and love it! The grounds are always kept up and clean, along with the awesome maintenance team who are quick to take care of anything immediately. The manager Tiffany is so sweet and has made my experience living in apartments for the first time very welcoming. My kids and I have been very happy living here and would definitely recommend. Gated. Quiet. Kid and pet friendly. It’s perfect
