It is quiet and clean here. I've had minimal problems. Yes, there are roaches outside but they spray for free at your request. Most neighbors are quiet. Management is helpful. These are older apartments and with that repairs come more often. After 6 months the lease is month to month. We've been here 3 and a half years.

Bad just bad
I've been living here for over 5 years and am still trying to get out. Unfortunately I signed a contract for 6 years and not only are they rude, but they DONT CARE! Infested in roaches, rats, and rotting apartments (they try to cover the rottin stains with paint. They've raised my rent 3 times so they could turn the running water back on outside. It they haven't done it yet. I've been cursed at my the manager and almost had my truck towed because I don't use it everyday, because they don't want... sitting cars although I drive that truck 3-5 times a week. They will pretend to be nice so you sign but ykmce you do your stuck then their attitude changes. Good luck coming here.

Not too enthused, but content
These apartments are visually appealing with the creek that runs through them, (when it is running) California is in a serious drought so they are conserving water which is wonderful so I will not even complain about the creek. Every room is equipped with a heater and that helps during the cold seasons, and I love the fact that we are surrounded with tall trees and target is right next door. We have a beautiful pool and tennis court. Oh! And our landlord is the best manager you could ever ask... for. He's got a great heart and he has always worked with us. But with good comes bad....it's noisy, so noisy. Traffic is constant, people have been shooting off fireworks recently on the hill behind the apartments, the parking situation is a headache, and Im surrounded by smokers next door below us to the left and the right. And right now the biggest complaint I have is the ac is out in the living room and it gets so cold out there but in my room it's still quite warm. I miss my central heating and air. The neighbors are quite pleasant, and it's a gated community, so there is little to no riff raff. All in all it feels homey.
