Good luck finding parking and a lot of homeless people

There is never parking here, there’s like 14 spaces in total for a apartment complex, so you’ll have to park across the street next to Cardenas and if you don’t find parking there you’ll have to park on the other street further down, theyll say that there’s an extra parking spot for $35 a month IF it’s available and that’s a big if because we haven’t been able to get one whenever we decided to actually get it because of how bad parking is here, people have family members saving their spots so... you’ll never find one, I always see the same cars parked so people don’t leave their spots unless they have a family member to save it for them, if you have visitors they will have to park across the street and there’s sometimes people on drugs walking around, some guy on drugs was cussing my cousin out for no reason, there’s a gas station down the street where homeless people stay at, if you pass by it on magnolia you’ll see it, things to keep in mind before moving here
