My family and I just moved in a couple months ago. The whole process was very smooth. I requested to move up the date of move in and it was not a problem. The leasing staff has been very nice and accommodating. I just put in my first maintenance request in today through the online portal and they fixed it the same day! We have also enjoyed to amenities such as the pool, dog park (for my two pugs), and the gym.

The 3900 Apartments are a great place to live! Everyone in the office is so friendly, I like that whenever I have had a service request they are always so quick to resolve the issue. It’s also very convenient to have a supermarket in walking distance.

Love Living Here!
I've lived here about 2 and a half years and I love it here! The management is very professional and friendly. They definitely make you feel welcomed and at home. Maintenance does an outstanding job and are very friendly as well. The natural ambience is beautiful with all the trees and in the hot summer days my apartment stays cool all day because of the shade. This location is convenient because it's very close to the 91 freeway which eases stress on my commute to work in Orange County. There's... plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by, even some within very close walking distance. Highly recommended! -Spenser

Incredible Staff & Clean Property
I would like to first say that I completely enjoy living here at The 3900. The Community Manager Brandy, the leasing agent Anita, & The service director Luis all make living here the absolute best.
They are the reason I decided to move here, they are always so happy to answer any silly questions I have when it comes to my unit or just about the property in general. The girls in the office are always so welcoming they all make it feel like home.
The community is always kept so clean, I have... rented for many years and this is the first property I have lived at where the apartment grounds are always taken care of. Anytime I place a work order Luis is always on top of getting it completed for me.
I highly recommend the 3900 if you are looking for a quiet and clean community.

Incredible Staff & Clean Apartments
I first off would like to say how clean this property is, it is taken care of everyday and shows that their staff truly cares about presentation. I have rented for many years and never have I lived at an apartment complex that is this clean.
The Community Manager Brandy, Leasing Agent Anita, and the Service Director Luis are all so very sweet. Anytime I have questions whether it is in regards to placing a service request or a silly questions about the property or amenities they all are so happy... to help me anytime.
They are the reason I decided to lease here at The 3900, the staff goes above and beyond when it comes to their tenants. I definitely recommend leasing here, I have enjoyed my residency so much that I can't wait to renew!
