This place is pretty good and a very close walk to UCR! Management is nice and things get fixed in time. Only issue is the cockroach and rat infestation, especially in the lower levels.

During my first year with UVT, I have felt nothing but constant support and warmth. The people who work in the office are amazing and the property manager of the apartment will work with you regardless of the problem. The apartment itself is kept very clean by an amazing cleaning lady. The renovated apartments are really nice as all the appliances are new and there is a lot of storage available. The rooms are small but with a little TLC you can make s very comfortable home. If you are looking... for an apartment look no further because UVT is not only the cheapest option but the best option!

It feels like I am really cared here. I am glad a lot of my friends are here too. Nice places to eat here. My school is nearby. I like the events they have. I am satisfied thus far.
