There are so many problems with these apartments like having roaches and rats everywhere. The pool is never opened and always dirty. The parks in the apartment are broken down but kids still play in them. They never make any repairs when you report that you need a repair.

Hampton park apartments
The apartment complex is old the outside look of it is due for some paint and new wood and the little park that the kids play on in the middle needs to be redone as it is not safe for the kids to play on. Everyone that lives here however is very nice and friendly right next to good middle school fern bacon middle school and very close to Luther Burbank high school also a good school to attend.
