The colorful tile of the 1927 era has been maintained, updated with modern conveniences: 57” smart TV, high speed WIFI, C/H/A, extra electrical plugs, gas cook stove, convection and microwave ovens, dishwasher garbage disposal, large refrigerator. Pantry/laundry room has washer/dryer, counter for folding laundry and 10’ pole for hanger drying. The breakfast nook has bay windows with wood shutters and a built in China cabinet surrounding a table and 4 chairs.

Both bedrooms have queen beds: one an adjustable Tempurpedic mattress in a 4 poster bed with a double dresser; the other a Beautyrest Posturepedic mattress in a metal vintage style bed.
