the units are gorgeous which is nice. Parking is terrible. Only one spot per unit and you're on your own to research parking options if you live with someone. Its old sac so parking will never not be an issue. The management is nice but you can't count on them unless you harass them or ping them. Repairs take a long time and its only during the week unless an absolute emergency. There is little to no communication or follow through which is frustrating. Its an apartment, while beautiful, with no... amenities, no parking, and no urgency from management. For the money its lacking
