Poor Experience overall

Wanted to live at these apartments. Went through the application process and was approved and did not here from these apartments at all until a few days before moving in. Had been calling the apartments for weeks and didn’t hear anything back. They were informing us that they were going to be moving us into a different unit than we agreed too. When we complained they told us that we didn’t need to live there if we didn’t like the way they were doing things. When we asked for the money back we... paid to put that specific apartment on hold and find somewhere else to live they refused. Had to fight back in forth until they finally agreed to give us our money back. Overall very unprofessional and unorganized. Also the area is not the safest and the apartments are not well kept. Had a horrible experience and would not recommend living here.

Unfortunately, given the circumstances with the previous management company/ ownership changes, a lack of documentation, that was provided to us,... we had to do some research and investigating. With that said, once you provided the information needed, you did receive your refund promptly. We apologize for all of the confusion and greatly appreciate you still renting within our property management company. We appreciate your loyalty!!
