Great place to live. I highly recommend it.
NCU has really made a difference. Got rid of the problems.
Super fast response from management. Nice and clean property. Spacious units. Great neighbors. We just transferred into a beautiful remodeled unit and signed a new lease.

New management is making a difference
Property is clean. Work orders are addressed super fast. They changed the laundry machines and we no longer need coins, which has made my life easier. I just transferred in a remodeled unit and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent living
It is a great thing to be able to enjoy where you are living.
VivLeo apartments are such a place. The apartment is spacious and well equipped so to make it functional.
We also have a great management staff, friendly and efficient when it comes to handling any issues, brought to their attention. Warm applauds for Lauren and Yelena! Beautiful ladies doing a fabulous job.
Maintenance help is quick and professional and addresses work orders with skill.
I’m thankful I found this apartment and I can... proudly call it home!

Happy to be here
I love my apartment and my neighbors. Everyone is nice and helpful at the office too. Complex is pet friendly which is a big plus for me. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

Well maintained
We recently moved and we have had a great experience so far.
Our apartment is spacious and beautiful. We haven’t had any major requests, but everything has been addressed promptly.
Managers are great. Grounds are always clean and there is a laundry room in every building, which is very convenient for us.
We will be renewing our lease.
