The Apartments were nice pre-pandemic but the management changed hands and quality immediately dropped into the gutter. Here are just a list of the current issues: There is no available parking inside for guests (must park outside),the Hot Tub has been non-functioning for 2 years, local bums(camp is less than a block away past the post office) rummage through the trash nightly, security does below bare minimum support, there have been multiple car break-ins (car tires were stolen off a vehicle... within the facility). This is all in addition to construction throughout the year with 0 communication on the scheduling. Despite these issues the Manager insists that rent has to go up yearly... The manager is unfortunately either unqualified or unprepared to deal with the apartments or the residents. There are no communications with the residence of the situations that unfold nor implementations of proper security such as cameras or proper patrols. If this had been pre-pandemic I would have recommended this facility however I would say as it stands now you can skip this one.

DO NOT LEASE HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I've called this office many over the past month to inquire about leasing and they never answer their phones or return my calls. If it's this hard to get a hold of them to inquire information I can only imagine what it's like to live there and trying to get a hold of them to fix a problem. It's both unprofessional and rude and I hope someone in their management can help train their office staff on how communication and running a business works cause clearly they don't know how to do that. I... think it's in the best interest of anyone that is interested in leasing here to just go somewhere else and look.

Woodlake Close
It is a pretty good place. It has its good and bad points. We have been here for at least 5 years. Management handle's the area very well. Very clean and well maintained.
