Cats and small pets are welcome, and require no extra fees, but this is not really suitable for a big dog who needs more than the tiny side yard… sorry!

We use a month to month rental contract, I believe it gives everyone the most flexibility to find a good fit. Of course we hope you’ll stay a long time if it suits you! We’ll need the first month and security deposit ($2000) in cash or to clear before you can move in. We are a Mom and Pop place, not an apartment complex, but we’ll still need to thoroughly vet you with a credit check and all that jazz. If you can afford this place, don’t mind a two story layout with bedrooms on the small side, and find this Granny’s style intriguing, call or text and I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
