The best ever!
Best experience I have ever had! Bryan Chu was super professional and knowledgeable from the first minutes of communication. He answered all of my important questions before I even had time to ask them. He was extremely helpful with every step of the process. Our move-in was smooth and very positive ,thanks to Bryan. We are very happy with management and the building( clean, beautiful and stunning views).

Unrivaled location and quality!
You cannot beat this location! It's "suburban urban", close enough to the city, but also far enough from the city "activity". It's like living in San Diego's version of Central Park! Best amenity is having Balboa Park right across the street.
This building is very high quality - even walking down the hallways, you notice the upscale feeling! The apartment finishes are very classy.

525 Olive combines the urban experience with park proximity; a clean, walkable neighborhood with good restaurants; and the best views in the city. The building is well-built, with solid doors, larger bedrooms than peer buildings, and other high-end details. Building management is assiduous. We looked at every building Downtown, in East Village, and Little Italy - 525 Olive was clearly the best for us.
