Altura is a very nice place to live. We have been here more than four years. Highly recommend it as long as monthly rental rates remain reasonable.

I have been living here for nearly 6 years. The new manager is a joy to work with.
Most of the problems of the building have been resolved. The leasing team work really hard to keep this place in order.

Altura is a higher-end apartment complex which is mostly run very well. Location is good and amenities abound. Primarily suited for retirees and adults rather than a family place.
