The apartments itself is decent and good amount of space for me and my husband. We liked that they allowed pets, for a higher price of course, but expected. When we did our first apartment walkthrough after moving in, we found several concerning things including rusty dishwasher racks, and 'hanging by a wire' ceiling fans... The cabinets are cheaply built, the front door wont close properly at times, I can go on and on. The biggest problem is trying to get these thing FIXED. We reported these... problems right away and after 4 months of living here they haven't been addressed. Whenever I try calling maintenance I just get taken on a loop and when I finally talk to someone they direct me to another line that never picks up. Talking to them in person is absolutely not helpful either. It is seriously ridiculous that we are paying for amenities that we can't even use. We love living here at Avion! The leasing team is amazing! Anthony and Donovan are super sweet always asking if we need anything. We have lived here almost two years now and have enjoyed it! Super safe community where you can walk your dog at night and not worry. The Maintenance team is great they are so on top of it, the same day you have an issue they come in and fix it.
