Liliana has been amazing with my application process and has had the best customer service.She has gone over and beyond to make sure I got everything that I needed to submitted. She has helped me every step of the way in the process. I am very excited to move in to my apartment.

An honest review after a year - do not recommend

An honest rundown of this place.

MG properties overcharged me for my move out fees, which I corrected them on. This resulted in these fees almost going to collections. Look at MG’s reviews! They are not good.

1. It looks luxury, but everything is mostly broken constantly.
2. Building A has a hidden m**h lab, causing legal trouble.
3. Car safety is unreliable, and Domain denies responsibility. My convertible top was cut and they denied showing me camera footage.
4. Call boxes and gate fobs...
often malfunction, causing inconvenience.
5. Elevators are slow, halls stained, and pet waste neglected.
6. Trash room cleanliness is a problem due to improper use.
7. Domain staff are unprofessional and management is unresponsive.

Poor management

Poor experience, me and my wife submitted an application on Friday March 10th after talking to Irine over the phone. We have tried to call multiple times and left a voicemail, no one answered and no one got back to us. So we came on Sunday at 11am which Irine scheduled an appointment for us and we got an email confirmation, the lady in the front desk told us that there is no appointment scheduled for us. Then gave us the wrong set of 10 keys to go by ourselves to view the apartment so we... couldn’t even see the apartment. We find it very difficult management to deal with.

DO NOT LIVE HERE... not worth the price

I have been living here for a year and this place is the biggest waste of potential I have ever seen. None of the "features" that you pay for work. Examples: the gym equipment is either broken or dirty sense management refuses to keep the wipes stock, the hot tub goes down, I have stopped having my packages delivered here since the shared room is a nightmare of organization and I have had two of my packages go missing(no help from management), since I have been living here there have been 14 car... break ins including my own (once again management no help) despite being in a "private" under ground garage with a "security guard", my A/C has gone out so many times I lost count( one time it lead to my power bill being 450 and management refusing to take responsibility), The trash shoot is constantly overflowing, there is trash in all the hallways and staircases, I think they are trying to set some world record for the slowest elevator. They make paying inconvenient for their tenants. Any issues you have they are quick to say " this building was built in 2012 so not everything is 100%" but we are not paying 2012 prices. The tenants are are paying at 30% more than they should and the rent is constantly increasing, which would not be a problem if that money was going to improving the building but it is not. Someone needs to hold these people accountable. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The only good thing about this place is the lead maintenance guy Benny and his team, they are quick to help and super nice to bad they work THE management team ever
