I recently visited a townhome that was just perfect. The design was modern yet cozy, with a great kitchen and a comfortable living area. The bedrooms were peaceful and the master suite was luxurious, especially the bathroom.
The outdoor patio was a lovely spot to relax, and the location was convenient for shopping and dining. The community was welcoming, and the townhome had beautiful details everywhere.
Overall, this place is fantastic and I highly recommend it for a top-notch living... experience.

Do not lease here ! Terrible ownership
We have lived here almost 9 years. Management and Ownership was okay in the past. HOWEVER, Greystar is making everyone miserable. Massive rent increases. Management won’t even provide light bubs. They recently raised garbage rates and now charge extra for pest control. These units are MASSIVELY overpriced. They also don’t care about their tenants. We will be moving out. This place is NOT worth what they are charging.

We LOVE living at Ocean Air!
We’ve lived at Ocean Air for almost a year and we’ve had a great experience. New property management came in shortly after we moved in and they’ve been phenomenal ever since! Quickly responsive to any needs we have, friendly and caring. The complex is quiet, safe and the grounds are kept very clean. Maintenance is quick to jump on any repairs ever needed. It definitely feels like a community here with everyone enjoying and taking care of the nice amenities Ocean Air offers. The pool, gym and... outdoor gas grills are our favorites. Would highly recommend these apartments & townhomes! (March 2024)

Not worth the high rent price
We moved to Ocean Air in November 2014. Our apartment is nice, but our experience here has been ruined by the property management.
Since we moved in, our next door neighbor has used her garage as a living space, which violates the lease. She leaves her 2 young kids in the garage for hours at a time, which is right below our living room, so we constantly hear them screaming, crying, and arguing.
We made a complaint to our manager, and after the neighbor ignored the manager several times, she... was given an eviction notice. She was not evicted and the noise continued. Prior to renewing our lease, we wanted to make sure our neighbor was moving out. The Regional Manager of Pinnacle Property Management said that because the eviction process takes so long, they were going to send the neighbor a non-renewal notice instead. Based what she said, we renewed our lease for another year.
Guess what? Pinnacle never sent the non-renewal notice, and they allowed the neighbor to renew her lease. When I asked why, the Regional Manager stated that she never told me that the neighbor was being given a non-renewal notice. This was a lie. I talked to Pinnacle’s Regional Vice President, who asked us to send him our complaint in writing, and he would try to help.
Before we had a chance to respond, we received a letter from Pinnacle’s eviction attorney. It said that our complaints were disruptive to management staff and to other tenants, and that any future contacts regarding our tenancy must be in writing and through the attorney’s office only. The letter said that this action is being taken to protect the quiet enjoyment of all the residents of Ocean Air. Apparently, our quiet enjoyment hasn’t been a concern to Pinnacle.
We pay $2,500 a month for a 1-bedroom apartment and no amenities. We pay our rent on time and keep to ourselves. We expected upscale treatment for the price, but instead, the management took extreme and unnecessary measures against us for asking them to perform normal management duties.
