Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Renter beware, it looks decent on the outside, absolutely terrible to live here though due to management and rushed construction.

The Radian has already been the best place I’ve lived since I moved in early July. Days into having their first residents, the staff hosted our first residents event. We’ve had events with bubbly, gorgeous fresh cocktails, gourmet desserts and it’s only been a few weeks! They’re definitely making luxury and quality living a priority even down to the details of our homes.

Will, Mark, and the rest of the staff are beyond helpful, thoughtful, and are always so friendly and welcoming. The Radian... is lucky to have Mark’s kindness, sharp memory and grace in making residents feel at home. Will (the property manager) was so patient with my million questions before moving in and has since been such a gracious and warm host. Whether they’re helping you with a 30lb box (!!), serving up tasty fruity water, planning extravagant events and more, the whole staff are always going beyond to make life cushy and easy for us.

The building is stunning, amenities are incredible and the apartments are beautiful and meticulously perfect. I even live next to the dog park that they’re always cleaning and haven’t had any issues with smells. I’ve already met kind, fun neighbors and am so happy with my new home. Read More
