I lived here for a little over a year. From the day I moved in till the day I moved out (Almost 2 years), I had violent men on drugs knocking and banging very hard on my door, trying to open it, threatening me looking for the previous tenant. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
There has been 4 deaths in these apartments already and the maintenance is horrible. Leaky sinks, broken heaters, and roaches everywhere. A couple years ago termites came from the cracks in the ceiling during the summer and completely infested our room… do not trust these apartments

Looking
I've been to San Diego numerous times and found it to be the place I want to move. My cousin lives in the Corinthian Apts and I foud it very nice, I love what the complex has to offer, beautiful scenery as well. So with that being said, hopefully when I arrive in April, they will still have suites available.

Cockroaches and heat
The lady in the office is very nice and maintenance issues inside the apartments get fixed quickly. Unfortunately there are huge water cockroaches both outside and inside. It's not an issue of being messy, as I am a very clean person. Also, there is no a/c unless you buy your own window unit. It has been insanely hot during the summer. The parking lot is "gated" but the gate has been broken countless times since I've lived here a year. The gate to enter the complex from the parking was very... difficult to unlock. It also took several months to get this fixed. Overall not recommended.

Beautiful location for my new budget
My name is Sharon and I had been waiting over 9 years for my section 8 and when I was finally given the voucher I was given a 2 page list of available units in San Diego. Those names were given to every one and therefore the units were full up or they no longer participated in the government program. But I went thru this website and found the unit that would take my voucher soon after I was given the ok to find a place. They saved me by taking me as a tenent as well as accepting my small dog... and it was ideal for me for the location but for the amentities that went with it such has pool, beautiful landscape, running water fountain near my front door, offstreet parking, walking distance to stores, library and park for my dog... Management was wonderful and understanding to my needs. Love it and want to stay forever.
