Absolutely terrible management. They completely ignore emails and texts once you’ve signed the contract. The portal system is constantly down, making it impossible to get anything done. The only redeeming quality is the maintenance person, who is genuinely helpful. Despite the building's decent design, do not make the mistake of renting here.

Amazing Architectural building and great place to live
I have been extremely happy with my unit and with management since I moved in. I have requested a few work orders and the responses have been timely and effective. The location is great because I can walk to take care of day to day tasks and necessities and access to freeways going north/south and east/west are really close by. There are several parks and great restaurants around as well. My unit has super nice views of San Diego. This building is really cool. Management does a really great... job and the building’s location is very convenient.

Wonderful Management and Property
Our experience at the property has been really great. Since move-in, on-site management has been responsive and helpful. When things come up, management is reasonable and willing to work with us on our requests. The property is quiet, the units are great with really nice views during the day and at night. The neighborhood is also really amazing with great restaurants and parks nearby.

Worst management extremely noisy
Avoid this building at all cost. This is my experience.,Moved in to apartment with no ac for 9 days paint marks throughout -entry hallway, doors, window sills, floors dirty stained, request use of call box three weeks no response. Unable. open windows due to smell From restaurant. Loud noisy conversations inside my apt from seating outside at restaurant, loud bells go off throughout the day starting at 7am. Management is unprofessional and does not care. Stay away.
