Really nice! Apartments look good and management is professional.
The apartments look good on the inside, a little worn on the outside but for the area its really one of the nicer places available. Parking looked like it needed some touch up, numbers are a little faded, but overall seems to be clean. Office was hard to locate due to it being on the second level of the property but there was parking in front and main area looked well taken cared of. The manager, Tre, was very helpful and informative. He gave me a tour of the apartment, pool and laundry room,... all of which were in good condition and clean. I verified all of the info was accurate to what I searched up and it was spot on so I applied and now just waiting to hear back from them. I don't know what the living experience is like here yet but if it's anything like the initial meeting, it should be OK.

Really??
Pulling into the place I had reasonably high hopes, the outside looked clean and the grounds well maintained. Stepping foot into the office was a different story. I walked in to one employee sitting behind a desk. She looked up for a second before going back to whatever she was doing before I got there. No greeting, nothing but a quick glance. I tried to break the awkward silence by asking how she was and she did the same and then she sat there silently again. I told her I was looking for an... apartment and she told me they didn't have any available. She offered one that was a little ways out but it was not what I was looking for. So I said thank you and left without her speaking another word. I don't know if she could have been more apathetic. So in summary, the grounds look good the staff is useless. Would not come back to rent.
