This is a first floor garden style apartment overlooking the courtyard and garden. We have an amazing rosemary bush that is great for cooking. Also, we have a lemon tree and rose bushes. Some tenants can even BBQ in courtyard area.

Apartment is already set up with high speed internet and Smart TV.
Full size washer and dryer in garage–Not coin operated. Only four apartments in the building share the laundry.
