We are renting my Mid Century Modern two story Victorian house that was renovated in 2020 leaving the charming aspects of a late 1800 Victorian. The house contains a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, two bedrooms and a bathroom... upstairs and a bedroom, bathroom and walk in closest downstairs. There is hardwood flooring throughout the house, with the exception of the two bathrooms. Outside of the kitchen, there is a large deck with a spiral staircase leading down to the backyard. (There is also a door downstairs that allows access to the backyard). The front and backyard are nicely landscaped, thanks to our gardener who comes by on a regular basis to maintain it. Last but not least, we have a spacious two car garage with washer and dryer and additional space for storage. The house is located within minutes from freeways 280 and 101, with major bus stops and bicycle paths. A couple blocks up from Dolores there is a park, tennis courts, Noe Valley Recreation Center and more delicious restaurants (all within walking distance).
