There is dog urine everywhere, elevators are often out of order and neighbors are rude. It is not the luxury that I imagined when I moved here.

avoid this building at all cost

We moved into a 2 bedroom apt in Nov 2023. Since then we have had a total of 18days without water, 28 days without hot water, 74 days with only one elevator working (which leads to about 30min wait time every time you have to use the elevator), and 3 days without any elevators working at all.
We really regret renting with this building and with Bozzuto in general.

Mostly pleasant! The elevators just need to be more operational. It would be nice if they allowed us to use the service elevator if any of the elevators are down.

Great amenities, and the location. Centerra is a kind of luxury apartment located at the center of the downtown. Depending on your living floor, you might hear sounds from San Pedro Square (whole weekends and Fridays). Also, it is difficult to find parking spots.
