I have been living here for 3+ years now and the place is just amazing. The apartment itself is so comfy and feels like a home. The patio is out of this world, just beautiful. Neighbors are very nice and friendly. The manager another big plus. She’s amazing and friendly. You can reach her at anytime, even after working hours, she is really supportive.
Overall, the place is clean, well placed (not even a mile from Safeway, a mile and half from downtown), great environment and a perfect place... to live.

Look no further
Absolutely loved living in these apartments. The layout is very spacious, plenty of room and well kept units. Anytime we had maintenance issues, it was handled either same day or next day with no problem. The property manager is wonderful, always helpful and friendly. The whole complex has been continuously upgraded for improvements. Also the pool is amazing when its hot out. I would not look anywhere else for a affordable, spacious, and nice place to live in San Jose.
