great neighbors, clean area, great office amenities. The only thing id wish for is built in AC units because it does get pretty hot during summer

trash piles up quickly and is not cleaned for long periods of time. dog park turf smells bad, it needs to be hosed down or something to wash away waste. laundry rooms are not taken care of and often have trash/dirty washing machines. leasing office is pretty unresponsive

The pool is closed and full of ducks and duck poop.
We had/ have a sliding glass door that may or may not lock when closed.
We had some electrical issues that have been corrected.
Apart from this all is good
Please get the pool online. That was one of the major reasons we came here
