Claims its luxury but so not, Roach infested, bad neighborhood no patking

Management is terrible, property is dirty , lots of roaches, not enough parking on property for tenants, poor remodeling work, neighbor hood is terrible , dumpsters onsite are always overflow, swimming pool is dirty, old 1960s property with a cheap face-lift, over priced, mailboxes are always getting broken into, try driving bye the property at night around 10pm people double park on the city streets all along the red zone, property has no visitors parking and property managers will tow your... car without a permit yet they don't have enough parking available. Onsite manager is good but but the big lazy maintenance guy is so lazy and his helper isn't no help because he doesn't speak English.

Affordable Dwelling.

Bonjour!

I am a current resident here at Palm Court Apartments, and I am now going on my second year. In my honest most humble opinion, the complex is great.

The location features major freeway access, from 101 South, and north, connecting you to all major freeways around, all with in, 3-4min drive from your parking spot.

The location is ideal, sitting across from an urban elementary school, which also houses a park next door, complete with a soccer field, dog parks and play structure for...
children. The complex is also, right next door, to the Berryessa Flea Market. And that’s great for farmers market goers. I have taken to walking to the flea market in the summer and it’s really nice. They just opened the beer garden at the market, and it’s a lot of fun.

As for the complex itself, it’s great, given the location and is remotely gentrified, and only getting better, the apartments are very affordable, and were remodeled with excellence and care.

The on-site manager, extremely, and luxuriously accommodating. When I need something repaired, or there is a damage somewhere on the property or in my apartment, 24 hours or less, the problem is solved. The use et very timely and considerate.

The complex is very accommodating when notifying the tenants of any major works or repairs, that will be done for the day/week.

The place is pet friendly, and the court yards are adorable, making a nice sitting area, for you to have lunch in the sun, or to read by the pool, during the summer heat.

The aesthetic, as the complex was remodeled recently, gives an urban, city chic look, and that’s nice too.

Typically, one would pay for what they get? But honestly, you can’t really put a price on customer service, and hospitable accommodations. While the neighborhood is up and coming, the management team, and owners, are very helpful, when it comes to tenants needs and wants. I don’t ever have to hassle to be heard or to get my apartment fixtures done. They’re on it.

I mean, you get a prime location, in unit laundry, and it’s pet friendly. At a price significantly more affordable than the complex, down the street. It’s all made of the same material, these dwellings. But what keeps me here until I buy my own home, or complex, is the affordability of the complex, and the hospitality on behalf of the management and owners.

I would definitely recommend the place!
