Upon check-in, we were informed that a $1,000 deposit would be held, with the promise of a full refund if the apartment was left in good condition and no damages occurred.
During our move-out, we took great care to thoroughly clean the apartment ourselves, as we believed no cleaning company could do a better job. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, $225 was deducted from our deposit. This deduction was unexpected and disappointing, especially... considering the meticulous cleaning we performed.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the following concerns:
Cockroach Infestations: We have encountered significant cockroach infestations within the building. This issue has been a cause of concern for us during our stay. Windows: The old single-panel aluminum windows in our unit tend to get wet during cold weather, leading to the growth of black fungus. This not only affects the appearance but also raises health concerns. Squeaky Floors: The floors in our apartment are quite squeaky, which has been an ongoing inconvenience. I highly don't recommend these apartments!!! They are cheaters!

Really great place to stay for the price
I moved here from out of town on an entry level job and I found it so hard to find a decent apartment at a reasonable price. I couldn't find anything under 2300 and I was about to crash on a friend's couch when I found this gem of a complex. The exterior doesn't look like much but the location is golden--it's five mins away from a Chinese and a Japanese supermarket. It's also five mins away from the two largest shopping centers in town. I had no idea that this was the case when I moved in--I... just knew it was the only thing I could afford. And actually the complex is really quiet and nice, the people are nice and the manager is really accommodating. As a young woman I felt quite safe. When I moved in the rooms had been renovated so it had hardwood floors and the kitchen had been redone as well. Later my boyfriend moved in and we had enough space for the two of us. There's a walk in closet and a nicely sized bathroom. There laundry on site and a pool as well. I think this is a great option for singles or couples on a budget, or anyone on a budget but still wants a nice apartment. I'm telling you I visited twenty apartments and Im happy I found this one.
