I've lived in these apartments for about 6 years now, and I've moved over to a larger unit so I can speak from experience when I say that their maintenance response is some of the fastest I've seen. I know many people have commented about the Roach problem but in reality, we get a pest control agent who checks on each unit 3 times a year or per request. I've never had an issue with the property managers and they respond very quickly to emails. One of the biggest issues is that other Tenants... leave their trash in the hallways which is more than likely the reason for the roach problem. I bet they're the ones complaining too. This place is quietly, has security guards monitoring the areas at night, and their staff is very friendly.

2020, still roaches
This apt complex has had roaches for years now. imagine stepping out of your bedroom late at night and always seeing a roach in the kitchen/bathroom/hallway
street view looks nice but see the property in person and see the low quality, there's a reason why it's so cheap

Frustrating
As a current resident here, there is very much a roach infestation and there is nothing that you can do about it. You can get them out of your own place for a day or two but then they're back and it's just terrible. The water gets shut off at random with no warning and just comes back on eventually, and if you call down to the office, they have no idea what you're talking about. The water does turn brown on you at random, which is just great. There are constantly people digging through the trash... and leaving it all over the parking garage. Parking itself is terrible if you have more than one car so good luck. Security is unreliable and can't really do anything about any situation that arises, assuming that they can even get there at all because they're not always on site. This is supposed to be a cat only complex, but there are dogs barking all hours. Neighbors have decided that it's perfectly ok to leave their screaming baby in a play pen in front of my door, or to do yoga there with their boom box blasting in the middle of the night, or even to have picnics there. The emergency fire doors have to be kept closed at all times (even though they are misaligned and don't actually latch), I'm assuming because they don't swing closed like they're supposed to in case of actual fire. It's a no smoking complex, but people smoke in the hallways and just open one of the windows there. It's overall a very frustrating place to live and I haven't seen any complaint I've had be handled.

ROACH Infested!!
You don't want to live here. They can't get rid of roaches because tenants are dirty. Trash bins in underground parking are overflowing and someone is usually in them digging for stuff. You pay for water and trash. And when you shower you get a trickle of water and if you're lucky it won't turn brown on you. And you will be pulling out all your kitchen and bathroom stuff every 2 weeks for them to spray to kill the roaches. And you don't have any windows you can leave open to air out the place... unless you want to open the sliding window doors while you're out and be broken into.
