We lived in the premises for six years. Though it looks clean and well maintained from outside, our experience has been pretty bad. There are lots of recurring leakage issues which are never fixed timely and permanently. Few months ago there was security incident a Mail theft happened but tenants were never informed about it by management. We only came to know when the cops showed up with our stolen mails one night. The management is not reliable, responsible and professional. A couple of years... ago fixing the heater took them several weeks(7-8) and we with our children had to bear with freezing cold in months of November/ December without heater. On top of that you also have to deal with rude behavior and messaging from the management.
Just thought of sharing our experiences as it may save someone else's troubles.

Flair Apts is a great place to live!
The Flair Apts (5475 Prospect Rd, SJ) is a very nice place to live. I moved in summer 2018, and have had a very good experience so far. The people - residents and managers - are all very nice, quiet, considerate, professional, hard working. New managers July 2018, and they are excellent, very reliable and responsive. The property is clean, very safe for children, great location, can walk to every service imaginable within a mile. Right on desirable W. SJ/Saratoga border. Great highway access.... Plenty of laundry machines. Spacious covered garage parking, plus storage closets in the basement. My daughter loves the pool! The apts are very large/spacious units, open floor plan, lots of closet space, large patio, floor to ceiling sliding doors in every room. I like to hike and cycle (ride,mtn) and it's perfectly located near the Santa Cruz Mtns and trails/open spaces. Easy access over HWY 17 to the ocean in 30 minutes. SJC airport is 15 minutes tops. Downtown Saratoga, Campbell, and Los Gatos all a few minutes drive. Overall it's a pleasant, safe and clean environment. GREAT value compared to the market!
