Belmark Apartments are ideally situated whether being close to Bart station of San Leandro or close to downtown as it's pretty much at a walk able distance which makes it closer proximity to shopping, restaurants etc. The apartments have good security as it's a gated community and is located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. It's also well maintained and have good appliances with reasonable rentals and minimal electrical charges.

The apartments are professionally managed and maintained well. During the moving process, Dalia and Brianna were able to get us into our apartment in just a few days, which was very accommodating for our family of 4. I'm a stay-at-home mom and the location is great! 10 min walk to library, grocery stores, and playgrounds. The bart is also just a short walk away, with easy access into San Francisco.
