Low Income Gov. Housing
It is a okay community. Nice conveniences with both highways really close. Bart,Bay Fair mall, the movie theater, and Walmart are within a 10-15 min walk or a 2 min drive depending on the lights. The staff in the leasing office are awesome. Repair guys are nice too, it is just hard to understand what they are saying sometimes due to their thick accents. Security for the site is lacking. There are many spots that reek of marijuana consistently. They have a nice community garden and 3 medium... size pools which are kept rather nice during the non-off seasons. The apartments themselves are descent enough. The best quality and size for your dollar. You only get one parking stall, well at least for studios. Other vehicles have to park in a 72 hour spot which has it's good, bad and impossible days depending. Laundry rooms are cleaned regularly, however they machines could use some work. Grounds are kept clean. Clubhouse is a good place to work out and save money on a gym membership.

Lakeside
It's fairly beautiful, very thin walls so we're able to hear all noises, big patio where my younger sisters are able to play with chalk or play. from time to time there are complications with flooding, water spitting from the sink.

Awesome Apartments
Apartments look modern and luxurious. Awesome clean and very convenient gym with all the basic exercise equipment that you need to get in shape. Pool is lovely and very clean. The snenery at Lakeside makes it feel very lively and bright. The color selection for the outside of the apartments are awesome! Security is onsite. Laundry is insite. 72 guest parking is available as well. The rates are the beat in San Leandro. You pay less for a way nicer apartment than almost any other apartments in the... area. The location is right in between 580 and 880, LITERALLY right next to both freeways (CAN'T BEAT THAT!). The location is very convenient...VERY. Just down the street is Walmart, Target, bunch of other stores, the Bart, shopping mall, restaurants, buffetts, movie theatre, gas stations, oil change, laundry mat, everything you can think of. All this within less than a mile. Only takes a 2 to 3 minute drive to get to most of these places :) now what can beat that????

Good Apartment to live
It's a good complex to live in. The apartments are in great condition, have remodeled kitchen, new appliances, new counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. The flowerbeds, water springs, fountains look clean and make apartments to look beautiful. The management is very responsive. This complex in a walking distance to Bart, shopping malls, restaurants, very quick and easy access to 880 and 580. Lots of guest parking. I've been living here for 2 years, so far no problems. Have occasional routine... household problems which maintenance team fix in a timely manner.
