Property Address: 11343 Los Osos Valley Rd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405
You get screwed on your deposit. Walls are beyond paper thin. Windows not sealed correctly causing black mold to grow through the apartment. Not to mention the fact my car got stolen from there, not their fault but really inconvenient that they didn’t have cameras. Our shower broke 3 times in a week and their solution was to cut the water pressure then actually fix it. The list goes on
I will never recommend someone to live there

Don’t Recommend Living Here
The apartments are below average, still offering paint with lead. The size of the apartment is nice and the closet and bedroom are very big. The front office girls are completely inept at what they do. They wrote us a 6 month lease that extended 2 extra weeks and resulted in another half month’s rent we had to pay for their mistake. They took 500$ out of our security deposit after leaving the apartment more spotless and clean than we found it, after only living there for 6 months. Also FYI - no... microwave, and they won’t tell you whether or not you have one before you move in. Don’t recommend living here, a lot of money for poor quality.

Irish Hills Hamlet
Our apartment is tucked in a little neighborhood in a community of apartments. We have two pools and a hot tub. Our apartment feels like a home which can be tough with apartments! We have a great open family room and kitchen. We can walk to a great coffee shop and are around the corner from shopping! It is a great community to live in and one I am very thankful for!
