Paid the fee ti break my lease because the my began moving nuisance tenants in. The maintenance staff aren’t qualified to perform the task needed to keep this property up to par. I turned in my renters insurance certificate and almost a year later property manager called me saying I never turned it in. I had to screen shot the message along with the attachment. They didn’t apologize for their error or anything. My car was broken into. The parking lot here is like a tow yard people let their... friends and family being their broken down cars here and leave them in guest parking for months. I found silverfish four times in my unit. There were cracks everywhere in the ceilings. The appliances were old, raggedy, and barely worked. I’ve come home to someone parked in my stall. Tenants don’t clean up behind their pets regularly. I caught one neighbor walking away from her dog crap in front of my yard. DONT MOVE HERE!

The worst experience ever
My worst experience ever, when we arrived apartment it was not vacuumed, the kitchen has some broken cabinets, the bathroom was not clean with soap leftovers and hair in the drain, the refrigerator didn't seal properly, the bathtub was clog, we put everything on the initial inspection sheet, and they didn't sign it back or did anything to solve it, they clean common areas once a year, on fall the leafs stay for 3 to 4 weeks on the ground, you can't walk on the hallways, they never change bulbs... on the hallways, never clean garbage containers, terrible maintenance, I lived there 8 months and they clean the stairs one time only!!! Neighbors are noisy sometimes and they don't do anything to solve it, I paid a break lease fee of $2,675 to get out of there and left the unit sparkling clean, and on top, they asked me for a fee of $675 for painting (not needed) and cleaning fee (I'm not kidding!!!) and they threat you sending to collections if you don't pay it ASAP. Also good luck calling the office, they are never there.

Avoid like the plague!
Loud, obnoxious neighbors with television blaring throughout the night. Smokey the bear, with constant marijuana and cigarette smoke permeating throughout the unit, morning, noon, and night. Toxic air freshener polluting the unit in a vain attempt to cover said smoke, requires me to keep windows wide open all day and night. Pet owners who refuse to pick up after their pets...
