LOVE this apt! It's modern, new, has great amenities, and the team working at the leasing office are super nice and willing to support with anything I need. I love how it's also close to the South Coast Plaza!

Lived here for a month and so far no complaints. Amenities are clean, apartment is quiet. Maintenance staff are very prompt. Have felt super safe. I wish my phone didn’t lose service when in the elevator or parking garage, but I think all apartments do that. Bloom does provide wifi in the gym area and other common areas which is nice. Apartment is centrally located near shopping and restaurants.

Quiet neighbors, close to local attractions and parks. Maintenance staff is kind and attentive. Overall common areas are clean and usable. Good location
