Honestly property management does very little to show it’s enforcing stopping the homeless. I’ve had homeless literally sitting on my steps and wouldn’t move until I threatened to call the cops. Not to mention there is not enough of a security presence. How are you going to have 2 security guards over such an expansive property? The 7/11 and Main & Dyer attract people that need to get off the dope and go to church. Also there is a big outdoor cat problem that management refuses to go... door-to-door to enforce indoor pets only. Is management just lazy?

This place is a nightmare and Management is terrible
They recently changed their name this month from adagio apartments to "the Reserve" because of how bad of a reputation they had. Theres been several other tenants that have moved away early to do everything that goes on here and the lack of support or care from management. They'll be taken to court soon enough with everything thats going on. I suggest if youre really looking to move here, speak with the head manager of the complex first to get a feel for his attitude and what you'll be dealing... with for the next year :/

DONT MOVE IN
I've been living at adagio for 6yrs at first , i loved living there. Management was nice n helpful when i needed any Maintance done it would get done. Everything was good up in till they sold the property they when through many managements and the buyers that now have the property have over priced the complex. The amount is absurd and the service suck. The people working the office are so rude and extremely UNHELPFUL , you ask them to put in an order to get something fixed and they will... either forget to put it or lie n tell you that they did. Honestly, don't recommend living here. Oh and another thing there is a bunch of flees. Not to mention the gates are always broken. My car got broken into several times and nothing was done.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
The first time we tried to see a unit, we made an appointment for a Sunday at 11am. At 11:10, one of the leasing consultants, Elizabeth, arrived and told us there were no units to be shown. She said that she could show us the unit on the following Sunday. When we came back the following Sunday, Elizabeth told us that she couldn't show us the unit we were expecting to see because it was having maintenance done on it. Again, she told us that we would have to come back on Tuesday, so we made an... appointment. Before leaving for our appointment on Tuesday, I called to verify that we could see the unit. She told me that the unit was majorly being worked on, so she couldn't show it to us. At this point, I only worked with the Assistant Manager.
I wanted to do the move-in inspection a few days before we'd move in just in case there was anything we wanted repaired. I called four days before we were supposed to move-in to schedule the inspection. Elizabeth said that we could come in anytime, no appointment needed. We came 2 days later (2 days before we were supposed to get the keys). Elizabeth said the unit could not be seen because they were painting.
I went to get the keys Friday and was shown the unit for the first time. The paint on the walls were peeling, there was a cockroach on the wall, the stucco on the outside of the building was cracked and broken, and the ceiling had dirt stains all over it (to name a few). It looked as though no staff member had walked through to make sure it was ready. Dori told us that she would have the maintenance people work on it, and that she would give me an update by the end of the day. While I was there, Dori was showing a maintenance worker something that needed to be painted. He started arguing with her and yelling at her. She later told me that we could move-in the following day, but our stuff had to be in the middle of the room and we could not sleep there until Sunday. We pushed back all of our plans to move Sunday.
On Sunday, we found that the unit was still unlivable. There were cockroaches crawling inside & outside the unit. The weather seal on the sliding door was crumpled allowing anything to crawl in. The bathroom cabinets peeled to the touch. There was a stain on the new carpet that smelled like urine or beer. Our carport cabinet had the previous renter's lock affixed and belongings inside. Again, no staff member had checked simple things for readiness. It was obvious that we could not move-in or live there.

Homeless land!!!! Please read!!!
Welcome to homeless land!!! This community has no woking gates around the complex and give a free access to all kind of non resident personalities such as, homeless, thief, graphite artists, and people next door that love to enjoy the pool areas. The ilumination on the side walks and is terrible, to many dark areas inviting thief to brake into the cars and still anything the want with out a problem. Management (they do not exist). Only if you are interesting in rent a nasty and unready units.... The community manager do not have a bit of professional ethic to talk to resident and attend our concerns. This community is very dirty, apartments has roach infestation and they still rent the units in that conditions. LOCATION!! the best!! Apartment community! THE WORST!!
