I have given 5 stars for Manager Mr. Krishna only because he updated several things in Apartment for goodness and safety, here upon his management is very good even resolves in-Unit issues and service requests promptly.

Updated: People are keep smoking in parking area (Apartment’s Premises) which is not permitted and also harmful for kids and others. Also people are crazy they drive in apartment’s parking area and when we request them thay starts screaming that you and your kids should be careful while walking in parking area it’s not their mistake to drive in fast speed here. Management’s only focus is related to Flora Vista

Filthiest apartment we have ever seen and have the misfortune of living. Totally unprofessional handover of the apartment with unfinished kitchen cabinets and unclean premises. We have been finding worms, bugs and spiders every two days and struggling to keep the place safe for living with our 6 month old baby.

apartment complex, no longer kept clean , new manager amanda is just short of being a perennially frustrated person...,

it might seem cheap rent but in reality not. better pay a few hundred elsewhere. no pool, hot pool are NOT maintained, area outside the house and parking are unkept , unclean , gym is very old , staircase have not been washed for years it seems.
