The front office staff & management DOES NOT have your best interest in mind, and it's no surprise they're constantly cycling through new people. When you encounter an issue and bring it to their attention, it's as if they've mastered the art of doing nothing while pretending to be helpful.
These are not luxury apartments, the walls were thin and on a daily basis we had issues with the neighbor upstairs stomping their feet which would make it tough to sleep or concentrate. You can expect dirty... hallways year round. Dirty hot tubs, yellow pool water, and overflowing trash bins areas that smell like people regularly pee on the ground next to them.
If you own a dog, don’t expect the other residences to pickup their dog poop in the common areas. Azure doesn’t hold anyone accountable. On a regular basis my partner and I would step in someone else’s dog poop.
This was the first place I have lived were I felt that safety was definitely a concern. On multiple occasions I left my apartment only to find multiple cop cars outside the building, dealing with a dangerous situation that the residents are never notified of. While I lived there there was a masked man on a bike who would follow/watch me late at night as I was just trying to take my dogs out. My partner woke up one morning to bloody footprints strewn down the hallway and up the stairs of our building (I cannot make this up). The maintenance staff were hard at work at 7am cleaning up the footprints, and when we asked management what happened they never responded to our email. It was terrifying.
THE MOVE OUT PROCEDURE IS SHADY.
On the move out paperwork there is a box they ask you to check where you can “waive your right” to a move out inspection and an itemized list of move out charges. IF YOU CHECK THIS BOX YOU ARE AGREEING TO A $600 FLAT FEE (Regardless if you left the place spotless). We have copies of the move out paperwork where it shows they just charge a flat fee for cleaning/painting/etc regardless of the condition of your unit when you leave. If your deposit is $500, you can expect to owe them money after you move out. They will send you to collections without notice.
It is unfair for this business to try and cover up these issues by asking their tenants in the office to leave surface-level “positive” reviews. The management of this business does not take accountability and unfortunately it seriously hurts the renters who are expressing their concerns but are ignored.

Azure has been all my husband and I have needed after we moved from out of state for military service. The staff have been so welcoming and helpful, and the apartment is beautiful! Have no complaints about the community here, and we love the easy access to stores and restaurants because of the location of Azure.
