This was a wonderful, luxury community. Now it is going downhill fast. Key property personnel have left and aren't replaced. The cost savings are hitting hard - no holiday decorations. And worse yet, we are now one of 3 commercial buildings owned by DE so we have constant alarms to evacuate from adjacent buildings, the parking garage pranks, etc. Do you want to evacuate your building on a regular basis? No reliable people to address issues? Valet staff cut to save money so longer waits. ... Avoid this once wonderful building.
