I love the building where I live – with spectacular ocean views and palm tree lined streets, located right next to the Pacific Ocean in the heart of beautiful and sunny Santa Monica, in an area called “the Gold Coast” region of the Southern California Coast. Surrounded by famous Getty museums, Malibu, Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, resort hotels, and nearby mountains with great hiking trails, I always feel like I’m living in paradise! We have private "wrap around” balconies along the entire... apartment, providing privacy while revealing the beautiful scenery surrounding us. Residents enjoy a private swimming pool with patio furniture, barbeques, and other amenities, and ample security, with gated, subterranean parking. We’re steps away from the famous 3rd Street Promenade, the Santa Monica Pier, famous Ocean Avenue, all with fabulous shopping, dining, art galleries, cafes,farmer’s markets, and a wonderful nightlife! Although our building is close to the vibrant section of the city, we’re located on a quiet block providing peace, sun-basking, and fabulous private ocean sunsets when a more relaxed pace is desired. We have a seaside bike path, boating, fishing, surfing and delightful Santa Monica beach swimming. I’m fortunate that our quiet neighborhood has friendly, relaxed neighbors throughout our area. The management of the building keeps the property pristine and is always extremely helpful. It is such a joy and pleasure to live in my building, where I always feel like I’m living at a resort! This is where the city meets the surf!
