My home sweet home for the past 4 years

I have lived in the Gaslight Apartment for 4 years now. The apartment itself is wonderful. It's a 2 story townhouse style apartment with large bedrooms and bathrooms. It has a front patio and back patio area, perfect for bbqing, having small get togethers, or just having a casual dinner outside. There is an enormous amount of storage space which is always a huge plus for a girl with lots of things!

The management isn't the best. It was run by an on site manager, but they replaced her with a...
property management company last year or so. The company is nice enough ,although they have raised my rent 2 times since they have been running the property. They also don't seem to keep track of the tenants that live in the apartments very well. I had a roomate that moves out nearly 3 years ago before the property management company took over and they still think she lives here despite me telling them otherwise. She signed off on the lease and I have had other roomates since then. And they never have time to see anyone. My current roomate had to go back to the office more than 3 times to finally be able to sign the lease, even after an appointment was made every time. I just figured that a property management company would be able to keep better track of the residents and new tenants.

Despite some the frustrations I have experienced with management, I absolutely love my apartment and the people who live in the complex. I love to hang out in my front yard area and watch the birds and listen to the kids playing outside. It has been a rewarding experience to live in the Gaslight Apartments and I wouldn't want it any other way.
