An Oldie - But Not A Goodie

New owners took over this building 6 or so months ago with promises of upgrading and fixing existing issues within all the units. This was not true. They upgraded apartments as people moved out and charge outrageous rents. The existing tenants .. well forget anything broken getting fixed and/or replaced. New tenants - you can wait and wait and wait and things might get taken care of after several reminders to management. If you can avoid this place, do so. The building and all the plumbing... is original from the 1960's.
