On site fitness and laundry rooms are clean and well maintained, and we large storage rooms are available on site. Gated, underground, assigned parking for one car included in rent. Management is attentive and helpful - this isn't a stuffy management company, it's a private, family owned and operated property that features many of the amenities of a much larger community, all with a local, personalized atmosphere. Our Sherman Oaks location (14556 Magnolia Blvd. just west of Van Nuys Blvd.) is two minutes away from the 405 and 101 freeways, and the Sherman Oaks Galleria, Regal Theatres, Balboa Park, Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area, Ventura Blvd and much more are a short drive. Sherman Oaks park is a five minute walk away, with tennis/basketball courts, two running paths, multiple baseball diamonds and soccer fields.
